Our manufacturing focus
DistributorIndex is a manufacturer. We start project discussions with the intended product, operating requirements, destination and quantity. These inputs define the configuration, technical documents and acceptance checks needed for an equipment or product proposal.
From requirements to a technical scope
We review the requested configuration, drawings, materials, interfaces and operating conditions with you. We separate standard options from development work in the project specification and identify the samples and checks needed before production.
Quality checks and delivery planning
We agree inspection and acceptance criteria for the selected configuration, record the checks performed and their results, and review corrective actions with the responsible team. We prepare the inspection records, packing information and operating documents for handover against the order specification. Our quality and documentation process explains the information to include.
Brand and channel resources
This website also maintains third-party company, brand and country records for channel research. Those records identify the company and original source they describe. Their brands, certifications and capabilities belong to the named organisations; use our project proposal to identify the scope supplied by DistributorIndex.
