Configuration review
We review the product or equipment configuration, material requirements, dimensions, interfaces and intended operating conditions. We maintain the dated specification and drawing revision used for engineering, inspection and delivery.
Samples and acceptance criteria
We agree sample materials, test conditions and acceptance criteria with you before inspection or factory acceptance. We record the configuration tested and the results of the checks performed. When a product, material or interface changes, we review which checks need repeating and record the resulting actions.
Inspection and delivery documents
We prepare the inspection records, operating or installation instructions, accessory list and packing information required for the order. We use final packed dimensions and weights for transport and site-access planning, and agree installation and service responsibilities in the project scope.
Source labels on channel records
Our channel resources retain links and checked dates for the named companies. A brand-confirmed relationship comes from a direct brand statement; a source-supported relationship comes from the brand’s own published directory or announcement. Other company claims remain attributed to their source. These labels describe the named company’s relationship and keep third-party records distinct from our manufacturing scope.
Project questions and record corrections
Include the product or company name, relevant page and document revision when asking a question or requesting a correction. For manufacturing enquiries, include the destination, quantity and technical requirements.
